On this project, the creative, design, and motion teams all worked together to brainstorm and mock up ideas, with folks at all levels contributing. No egos here—just a shared goal of creating the best work possible. For this campaign, that collaborative approach was key. While waiting for design feedback, our motion team started experimenting; balancing playful shapes and colors with sleek UI moments in our motion tests. That gave us early internal and client buy-in to continue animating the piece even as design &amp; copy flucutated. We worked hand-in-hand with Indeed’s Creative team from the start, sharing ideas, wires, moodboards and building a motion language that felt sleek but approachable. Our motion team began testing early, experimenting with how glassy sheens, gradients, and kinetic type could complement 2.5D UI interactions. These explorations helped us set the tone: a mix of high-energy flourishes and smooth, intentional movement.&nbsp; Not every experiment made it into the final cut, but each one taught us something. That iterative approach allowed us to deliver a launch video that not only introduced Career Scout, but also showcased the polish and energy of the product itself. Each campaign kicks off with a client alignment meeting on goals, scope, etc. before Hook brainstorms creative solutions across motion, design, and creative. Our internal motion team works collaboratively with the design department to ideate transitions, brainstorm thumbnails, and establish best practices. We also create tools that make the process both efficient and scalable: 3D wave and sound libraries, essential graphics templates, internal motion documentation, and more. These resources allow us to deliver campaigns that are both consistent and bespoke. Over the course of our partnership, we’ve produced 100+ videos, spanning social, DOOH, HTML, and localizations in six languages. Through this work, we’ve developed a motion system for Stripe that feels cohesive yet flexible. With dozens of deliverables across formats and verticals, we set out to build a motion system that felt cohesive, playful, and full of energy across every platform. We worked closely with the client to source real listings that felt polished in design and intentional in motion. Early boardomatics helped us test timing, explore transitions, and lock in music direction before animation got underway. To set the tone, we kicked things off with our 15-second priority spot. That gave us a strong creative foundation as we scaled the system across 36 unique assets. We leaned into match cuts, snappy transitions, and punchy text to keep the pace sharp and the storytelling clear. Clean files, smart presets, and smooth handoffs from design made resizes and cutdowns efficient.
